The house sleeps up to 11 people in 4 bedrooms. This includes two bedrooms with new queen beds.
Tractor available for boat launching $20/day.
Minimum stay: Christmas/January - 6 nights (1 week), public holiday weekends - 3 nights, otherwise 2 nights.

Services (for a relaxing holiday!)

Quality bed and bathroom linen and beach and bath towels are supplied and laundered at the end of your stay plus the beach house is opened up and made ready for your arrival and cleaned at the end of your stay. For stays of less than 6 nights, this is all covered by a service fee of $50 plus $7.50/head.
Expecially for overseas visitors, we can arrange to stock the beach house with food and liquor supplies on your behalf with one week's notice.

Full use of the holiday home.
All bed linen and towels including one port-a-cot with mattress and a clip-on high chair.
Fully stocked bathroom and pantry so you can just bring your food, toiletries and clothing.
Gas bar-b-que and outdoor furniture.
Two single and one double kayak, life jackets and boogie boards.
Kids toys, lots of reading material for all ages and more.

Arrival and Departure Times

The property will be available from 5 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 12pm on the day of your departure in the event that another guest is arriving that day. If there are no bookings for your departure day, you may leave late with prior arrangement. We are flexible so let us know your requirements.

Special Conditions:

25% Deposit or one nights accommodation (whichever is greater) required to confirm booking.
Payment is available via credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cheque or direct credit.
Strict no-smoking indoors policy.
Sorry no pets.
Available all year except Christmas until 16th January.
